Yesterday, Simon Rockman, Editor of CW Journal announced a second issue is coming...

UK5G email subscribers would have read the following news yesterday...

The UK5G magazine published for the 5G Realised event in April has been a smash hit, with the DCMS requesting a second edition. The magazine reflected the success of the trials and testbeds, and as such the DCMS has now commissioned a second issue to celebrate the conclusion of the project and the move onto the next stage.

5G Special Edition

The next issue will look at the changes the trials and testbeds have made on Government planning and strategy, how the projects have had commercial benefits and spotlight future programmes including the West Midlands Projects and Rural Connected Communities.

A print run of 5,000 copies is expected – substantially more than the first – and will be widely distributed and promoted digitally. Used by the DCMS to promote the UK’s 5G activities at home and internationally, the magazine will also be circulated to parliamentarians.

We [CW Journal] go to press early December, so please subscribe or drop us a note if you're interested in learning more.
