This event has been postponed due to the escalating Coronavirus situation.

More and more phones, gadgets and IoT devices are being connected to the internet. 5G, with its increased speed, lower latency and improved capacity, will multiply these levels of connectivity like never before. All this comes with an increased security risk. While 5G is much more secure than any previous "G", the global mobile ecosystem remains open to security issues from many different factors.

This event will look at the challenges faced by the operators and the wider mobile ecosystem. Speakers will investigate issues arising from virtualization and distributed networks and explore potential issues that vertical industries may face once they move from traditional proprietary solutions to 5G based solutions.

It is being organised by the CW Security SIG and run in collaboration with UK5G. Standard tickets are free for members of CW and £250 for non-members. CW membership starts at £165pa and may be more cost effective for your organisation than a full priced ticket.
