  • Jane Humphreys, techUK – will provide opening remarks, background and context to spectrum policy development within government
  • Sonia Carrera, Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport – will provide the overarching view point of spectrum policy across departments and responding to vertical sector demands
  • Nina Gaubert, Department for Transport - will provide a transport (mainly rail) focus on spectrum and telecoms policy
  • Paul Corkrum, Department of Health and Social Care's Ambulance Radio Programme – will provide a focus on emergency services and also new demands from the health vertical
