Nottinghamshire County Council is interested in a project focused on trialing Connected Autonomous Vehicles (CAV) to improve connectivity to business parks on the A38 corridor. This would involve building 5G infrastructure and utilising a planned minibus network (to serve Summit Park) and connecting people from the main bus corridors to employment opportunities in Oakman, Hermitage and Summit Park. Therefore I am looking at opportunities for a collaboration to submit a bid for the Industrial 5G Testbeds and Trials competition.
