Graduating with an MBA and a Master’s from Cambridge University in Sustainability; Mark specialises in Transformation and Change Delivery and has over 15 years experience within large retail, hospitality and professional services organisations such as Costa Coffee, Premier Inn, Beefeater, KFC, McDonalds, Subway, Frankie & Bennys, Chiquitos, Waitrose, Shell and BP. Mark also spent four years in The RAF Regiment, where he was a section commander, completing two operational tours of Iraq. Marks leadership style has built an enviable culture within MKL.
COO:John Parker is an accredited IET member, John has over 20 years of facilities management and electrical engineering experience working with blue chip organisations to enable them to save costs, optimize and future proof their organisations. John founded PAR Facilities which had a strong reputation for delivering electrical engineering and compliance with organisations such as Asda, Primark, Boots and ISS, PAR Facilities subsequently experienced YoY growth of 25%. John has a fantastic ability to maintain relationships and is very well thought of within the FM / asset management world. A formidable leader, one that drives the respect of his Engineers, who view John as a ‘get stuck in and do’ leader.
