The Telecom Council is a network of leaders and innovation scouts across the telecom value chain—from carriers and vendors to entrepreneurs and investors. Of the 25+ operators who participate in the Council, members include 9 of the world’s top 10 carriers, and 70% of Telecom Council delegates are Director-level or above. We’ve had great success collaborating with them in the past—including DIT’s 5G-enabled trade mission in July, Innovation IntrodUKtions.
Joining the UK pavilion will give companies the opportunity to engage with innovation scouts and make use of the Telecom Council’s MatchMaker platform for one-on-one meetings. This year’s Innovation Showcase will focus on AI, NetOps, Cloud to 5G, Edge, and IoT.
We’ve had most success with companies who have good UK sales, are exploring international markets, and have received (or are closing to receiving Series A funding). DIT Pavilion at the Innovation Showcase - 13-14 May:
- Meetings: MatchMaker Meeting Service: access for up to 10 startups
- Digital Demos: Company branded virtual exhibits in Member Portal for up to 6 months
- Speaking: option for companies to upgrade @$1000 to include a 5-min pitch at the Showcase event
- Audience is Telecom Council members and the wider innovation and investment community (expected attendance = 150)
